PROF. DR. (H.C.) ARY GINANJAR AGUSTIAN
Ary Ginanjar Agustian is the Founder of ESQ Corporation. For more than twenty-five years, he has dedicated his life to developing people, strengthening organizations, and cultivating leaders who create positive impact.
Through ESQ Training, TalentDNA, and Ary Ginanjar University, he translates his ideas into an interconnected human-development ecosystem. All three advance one major vision: Building Better Human, Better Organization, Better Civilization toward Indonesia as the Roof of the World 2085.

It all began with one conviction: intellectual intelligence alone is not enough to lead someone toward a whole and meaningful life.
That search gave rise to a perspective connecting intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence as one. The thinking was expressed through the ESQ book and then applied through development programs that began reaching the public in 2000.
Over time, this work continued to evolve—from individual development to strengthening leadership, organizational culture, talent management, AI-based human capital, education, trust, and sustainability.
