Prof. Dr. (H.C.) Ary Ginanjar Agustian is an Indonesian motivator, Founder of ESQ, author, educator, and human-capital transformation leader whose work places character at the center of personal and organizational progress.
He is widely known for developing ESQWay165, an approach that connects intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence. What began as a character-development movement has evolved into an ecosystem spanning talent mapping, technology, education, leadership, the halal economy, and sustainable organizational transformation.
