SEVEN PILLARS FOR INDONESIA 2045
Indonesian motivator · Founder ESQ · Pioneer TalentDNA · AI for Human Capital · Halal Ecosystem · ESG Leadership · Golden Indonesia 2045. Building Better Human, Better Organization, Better Civilization.

PROF. DR. (H.C.) ARY GINANJAR AGUSTIAN
Ary Ginanjar Agustian is an Indonesian motivator and ESQ founder who advances seven pillars: ESQ, TalentDNA, AI for Human Capital, Halal Ecosystem, ESG Leadership, Ary Ginanjar University, and Menara 165.
These seven pillars carry one vision: Building Better Human, Better Organization, Better Civilization toward Golden Indonesia 2045.
Ary Ginanjar began with a central conviction: intellectual intelligence alone is not enough to build a successful and meaningful life.
Through his writing, teaching, and direct experience in business, he developed an approach integrating intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence. His book ESQ brought the idea to a wider audience, followed by ESQ training programs that began reaching the public in 2000.
The idea evolved beyond personal development into leadership, organizational culture, talent management, technology-enabled human capital, education, trust, and sustainability.
The ESQWay165 is Ary Ginanjar's comprehensive character-development framework, designed to connect spiritual values, mental principles, and consistent action.
A spiritual foundation that gives direction and meaning.
Principles that shape perspective, character, and leadership.
Practical actions that translate values into behavior.
From character development to an integrated human-development ecosystem.
Writing and training made IQ–EQ–SQ integration accessible to a wider audience.
The approach expanded into leadership and organizational culture transformation.
Human potential became more visible through talent mapping and development.
Technology accelerates decisions while character remains the compass.
25 YEARS OF ESQ · A LEGACY BUILT FOR THE FUTURE
The 25-year journey of ESQ has never been about becoming famous. It has been about leaving a legacy that benefits others.
I began with ESQ—building character through the balance of IQ, EQ, and SQ. That journey has now evolved into seven pillars toward Indonesia 2045.
Building people
Discovering human potential
Accelerating human development
Building trust
Sustaining progress
Developing future leaders
A hub for collaboration and human development
“Building Better Human, Better Organization, Better Civilization.”
Books have been one of Ary Ginanjar's most enduring ways of translating personal reflection, character, and spiritual intelligence into ideas accessible to a wider audience.
